5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within 2–3 business days. Shipping times vary by location and are estimated during checkout. While we strive to meet delivery estimates, we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because each product is custom-made, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives with a printing defect or manufacturing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
